How long should I book a custom hat party for?
We typically book 2-2.5 hours (not including set up and tear down) for private events but this is negotiable depending on your group size.
Where do you host the custom hat parties?
We are a mobile business, so we come to you! We also have relationships with several restaurants and venues in the Northwest Arkansas area if you need a place to host. Our included travel radius is within 20 miles of Bentonville, AR. Outside of this radius there will be an additional travel fee.
What is the minimum amount of participants?
We require a minimum of six hats purchased to book a private event with us.
What are your typical hat party packages?
Our typical packages are as follows (pricing does not include sales tax):
Classic (includes your BrimBud floral pin, a vegan material hat, and two types of ribbon for your band) @ $50 per person
Premium (includes your BrimBud floral pin, 100% premium wool hat, and two types of ribbon for your band) @ $90 per person
*Branding/lasering and additional accessories can be added on for an additional cost.
What size hats do you provide?
All of our hats are one size fits all with an adjustable band on the inside.
